Garrity Announces the Association of Sidney Gibson James A. Garrity is proud to announce the association of Sidney Gibson to Garrity Commercial Real Estate. Sidney has extensive experience in Commercial Sales, Land Development, and Construction. Sidney is also a Licensed Professional Real Estate Inspector. Sidney was a key player in the development of the Houston Intercontinental Oil Center and the development of several subdivisions in Northwest Houston. He has supervised the construction of both office buildings and residential construction. He is a member of the Custom Home Council of the Greater Houston Builders Association, The Texas Association of Real Estate Inspectors and a member of the Houston Association of Realtors. Sidney is educated in the new Energy Conservation Codes that have recently become mandatory in all new construction, and is sensitive to the environmental impact of land development.
