Houston/Spring, Texas – September 29, 2004 Tom and Rebecca Stredney have purchased 1.58 acres on Root road (near Dowdell and Kuykendahl) in North Harris County from Homer and Rosalee Hildebrandt for their future office location for “Tom’s Quality Comfort Air & Heat” which is currently located in Tomball, Texas. The seller was represented by Haskell Boring of Northfield Real Estate while the Buyer was represented by Jim Garrity of Garrity Commercial Real Estate. The closing was coordinated by Ellen Bunde with Texas American Title Company in Tomball, Texas and financing was provided by First Bank of Conroe N.A. 2004 - Houston, Texas - David Berensohn and the Sedora Group Inc.,
purchased a one acre site on Jones Road one mile north of FM 1960, from
Mildred Marie Jurischk Williams and the Estate of Edwin O. Schroeder. Closing was
coordinated by Elise Adam-Meese of Chicago Title Insurance Company –
Northwest office and Terry J. Adam Sr. Independent Executor and Trustee
for the Estate of Edwin C. Schroeder. Financing was
provided by Fabio Comin, Vice President at Compass Bank.

Grayson sells 19 acres to Cobblestone ConstructionMay 17, 2004 – Houston – Irv and Nancy Grayson sold 19.0256 acres of land out of a 23.7 acres site on Louetta Road in Northwest Harris County, east of State Highway 249 on Tom Hargrove, Jr. and his development company, Cobblestone Construction, Inc. The site was purchased for residential development of approximately 75 lots and the remaining sites were retained by the Graysons for future commercial development. This property was built in
1981 by the medical professionals of Red Oak Investments and it will
continue to be occupied by them as they continue to provide their
medical services to patients in the North/Northwest area of Houston. James A. Garrity of Garrity

November 4, 2002, Houston, Texas…Dr. Tung Giep and Mrs. Cecelia Giep acquired a 1468 square foot facility on a 1.77-acre land site directly across from the north entrance of Methodist Willowbrook Hospital. This property is located on Hargrave Road near the intersection of FM 1960 & SH 249 in Northwest Harris County. Dr.
Giep plans to expand this facility for relocation of his administrative
office, which coordinates his activities at both Methodist Willowbrook
Hospital and Cypress Fairbanks Medical Center where Dr. Giep serves as
the Medical Director for the Neo-Natal Units.
